Live Band Photography

So, I have been playing in a rock/metal/emo/etc bands for several years now. I have always been a fan of artistic live band photographs. Mainly the ones that show motion as well as emotion. I have a somewhat decent digital camera and I thought I would give it a try! These are my only attempts at this and not having a SLR or a tripod it was difficult. However, here a few of the shots that I have taken of the following bands that I kind of like. I soon realized how hard it can be to get a good quality action shot of a great band live on stage. I really like all three of these bands and I hope to try my hand again in some live band photography very soon.
